Please be aware of our business policy in regards to
purchases.
We are happy to exchange or offer credit notes
We will not refund if the customer:
- has simply changed their mind
- discovered the goods cheaper elsewhere
- knew about a particular fault before buying the goods
- damaged the goods by using them in a way they were not made for
- does not give us proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement)
-has item/s longer than 7 days from date received and find out it not suitable for his/her car.
All deposits are non-refundable.
We
are happy to provide further information or photographs if required.
When parts are sent via courier, please be aware that deliveries are done between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Statement from our courier company in relation to the Transit Warranty: "All goods MUST be inspected for damage before the Receiver signs the Proof of Delivery form or PDA screen.
By signing the goods as 'Received in good condition' you will void the Transit Warranty.
Please make sure ANY possible receiver is aware of this.
Once inspected, if damage is evident, the receiver must write 'DAMAGED' on the Consignment note or PDA screen.
If this is not adhered to as instructed, any subsequent warranty claim will be denied pursuant to the terms specified in the warranty."
